Energise Recovery: Optimising recovery following injury or diagnosis

Energise Recovery online courses are designed for individuals with injuries or long-term health conditions. Delivered in facilitated groups, they equip Participants with a toolkit of simple, scientifically-proven strategies to manage common physical and psychological symptoms, including:

  • Acute and chronic pain

  • Fatigue and lack of energy

  • Anxiety, depression and stress

  • Poor sleep and sleeplessness

  • Unhealthy eating habits

  • Reduced physical activity levels

  • Loss of previously valued activities

We offer courses for individuals who have recently been injured or diagnosed as well as for those who are at a much later stage in their recovery journey.

Energise Living: Supporting health, wellbeing and resilience for everyone

Energise Living is a series of online wellbeing courses designed for healthy individuals who want to learn strategies that are scientifically-proven to improve their health, wellbeing and resilience.

Delivered in facilitated groups, Participants discover how the mind and body respond to stress and how to develop a toolkit of simple, practical strategies that can be used to enhance resilience, cope better with life’s stressors and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Aimed at the corporate market, we have courses that cater for employees, managers and caregivers. We can also design bespoke courses to suit your organisation’s needs.
